Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions applicable to your ferry journey and passenger carriage with Pristine Andaman.

Your Journey, Our Responsibility

To ensure a smooth, safe and comfortable travel experience, please read the following terms carefully before your journey.

  1. Passengers are required to arrive at least 45 minutes before departure, and boarding closes 20 minutes prior to departure.
  2. Valid photo identification is mandatory for all passengers entering the port area.
  3. The ticket is valid only for the specified sailing and becomes invalid once the ferry departs.
  4. The ticket is non-transferable and non-reroutable, and rescheduling is subject to availability with additional charges.
  5. Passengers are responsible for the safety of their belongings, and the management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  6. The use of alcohol and narcotics onboard is strictly prohibited according to government guidelines.
  7. In case of cancellation due to weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
  8. The company reserves the right to reschedule sailings based on official and emergency conditions.
  9. Any damages caused by passengers to the ferry may result in prosecution and recovery of incurred costs.
  10. Personal baggage allowance is up to 20 kg and should not exceed 3 cubic feet.
  11. Items such as knives, nail cutters, explosives, firearms, and ammunition are strictly prohibited onboard.

  13. Passengers warrant that they and any accompanying individuals are free from major illnesses or ailments, and the carrier is not responsible for any consequences arising during the carriage.
  14. The ticket and passenger carriage are subject to Indian law, and any disputes or claims, including personal injury, will be referred to the court in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island, India.
  15. The carrier holds no liability for injuries or illnesses not caused by their own acts, neglect, or default.
